The Solano Junction app does not create accounts
The Solano Junction mobile app, published by Solano Junction, does not offer user registration or sign-in. There is no username, no password and no user profile. Because no account is ever created, there is no account to delete.
The app displays the Solano Junction website. It does not ask for or store your name, email address, phone number or payment details, and there are no sign-up or contact forms. The website does use Google Analytics, which records anonymous usage statistics such as which pages are viewed, general device type and an approximate region derived from your IP address. That information is not linked to your identity and is not used to identify you.
Placing an order
Online food orders are handled by our ordering partner, Toast, on their own website. If you created an account with Toast while ordering, that account belongs to Toast and is governed by their privacy policy. To delete a Toast account, contact Toast directly through the ordering site, or email us using the address below and we will point you to the right place.
Requesting deletion of any data we hold
If you have contacted the restaurant by email, phone or an enquiry form — for example about catering or a private event — we may hold that correspondence. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and you do not need an account to make the request.
Email solano.junction@gmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”, or call (510) 527-5383. Please tell us the name, email address or phone number you used so we can find the right records.
We respond to deletion requests within 30 days. We delete the correspondence and any contact details associated with it. Where we are required by law to keep certain records — for example completed transaction records retained for tax and accounting purposes — we retain only what the law requires and delete the rest.
Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics to count visits and understand which pages are popular. This data is pooled and does not identify you personally. You can opt out at any time with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See our Privacy Policy for details.
